Founding Engineer
This is not an engineering role at a mature company. You will be among the first technical hires, shaping the architecture and shipping core product with full authority from day one.

What you will actually do
Own the entire technical surface, from mobile app to backend infrastructure to web. Work directly with the founding team to prioritise, architect, and ship.
You will design and build the sync pipelines that connect Twintual to email, Slack, WhatsApp, and beyond. You will make architecture decisions that outlast the early stage.
No sprint ceremonies that slow you down. Just clarity on what matters, why it matters, and the autonomy to build it well.

Requirements
What we need from you
- Proven experience shipping full-stack products end to end
- Strong hands-on skills with Node.js and Supabase
- Comfortable with FlutterFlow or able to ramp fast
- Experience deploying and managing services on Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Vercel and Next.js for web and API layers
- Able to design and own architecture decisions independently
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and building reliable sync pipelines
- Solid understanding of auth, data security, and privacy best practices
- High ownership mindset: you surface problems and fix them
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving early-stage environment
Nice to have
- Experience building AI-powered or communication products
- Familiarity with multi-channel integrations (email, Slack, WhatsApp, etc.)
