What you will actually do
You will work directly with the founders at the core of the company, creating content that turns a product into a movement. Every post, every video, every story is a chance to make someone stop scrolling.
You will experiment relentlessly, build community from scratch, and own the entire distribution engine. This is not a support role. It is a founding role.
Distribution is everything. We believe the best-distributed product wins. You will be one of the first hires shaping how Twintual reaches the world.

What you will do
- Create high-performing content daily across TikTok, Reels, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
- Generate viral ideas and hooks that capture attention in the first 2 seconds
- Film and produce content in fluent English
- Turn product features into compelling stories and narratives
- Build and engage a community around Twintual
- Experiment constantly with formats, angles, channels, and messaging
- Analyze performance and double down on what works
- Collaborate with founders on distribution strategy and brand voice
- Be on camera, consistently

- You understand internet culture, trends, and virality
- You are obsessed with growth and distribution
- You are comfortable being on camera
- You can move fast, iterate fast, and do not overthink
- You speak fluent English (non-negotiable)
- You are excited about AI, startups, and building from 0 to 1
- You are open to traveling and working closely with the founding team
