Junior Engineer
We are hiring a junior engineer who wants to grow fast in a small, technical team. You will ship code from week one. You will not be isolated in a junior sandbox. You will work on real features, real bugs, and real customer problems, with senior engineers who review your work and push you.

What you will actually do
- Build and fix features across FlutterFlow (mobile) and Next.js (web).
- Write Supabase edge functions and SQL queries.
- Help integrate new communication channels under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Write tests. Fix flaky ones. Investigate bug reports from real users.
- Participate in code reviews, both getting and giving feedback.
- Document what you learn so the next hire has it easier than you did.
Day 90 goal
You have shipped features to production, you have broken something and fixed it, and you have started to form opinions about how we build software.

Requirements
What we expect
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience. Internships, side projects, and open source all count.
- You can read and write JavaScript or TypeScript without being scared of it.
- You have built something and put it in front of real users, even if that was a university project or a personal app.
- You understand the basics of databases, REST APIs, and Git.
- You learn fast. When you do not know something, you figure it out and ask smart questions.
- You do not need to be told the same thing twice.
Nice to have
- Exposure to FlutterFlow, Supabase, Vercel, or Google Cloud.
- Any experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
- A GitHub profile with code we can actually look at.
- Comfort working in English in a remote, async team.
