“Your time is finite. Stop spending it replying.”
Background
Cris is a Spanish woman who nearly lost her life and decided to dedicate it to giving people their time back. A natural builder who has always challenged the status quo. She is a robotics engineer, AI researcher, and founder working at the intersection of behavioral AI and the future of work. She has conducted research at MIT Media Lab and Harvard University, focusing on how intelligent systems can augment human decision-making and communication.
After that experience, she became obsessed with one question: how can we give people their time back? This led her to specialize in AI and human behavior, identifying the opportunity to build systems that do not just automate tasks, but represent people.
At 15, she built a robotic exoskeleton for her mother, proving early on that technology can directly impact lives. Throughout her journey, she has been surrounded by demanding mentors who pushed her to achieve ambitious goals, from becoming sub-champion of Spain in horse riding to performing in musicals and at the Vienna Christmas Concert. One of the goals still pending: going to the moon.
She has been building with her co-founder, Mat, since the age of 12. After working across companies in the US, Europe, and Asia, she founded Twintual, an AI system designed to take over communication and return time to individuals. Today, she also speaks internationally, sharing her vision and motivating others to rethink how they spend their time.
